If you’re a current customer of CleanSky Energy and love powering your home with renewable energy, you now have the opportunity to invite your friends to go green with you.
This program offers current customers of CleanSky Energy the opportunity to refer friends and family to CleanSky Energy and receive a $50 Amazon.com Gift Card. The Referring’s account is required to be in good standing (meaning you do not have any penalties or delinquent payments on your account during your contract) to be eligible to participate.
What rewards do I earn when I refer a friend?
You will receive a $50 Amazon.com Gift Card for every friend who successfully enrolls in a plan with CleanSky Energy.
How do I get started on referring friends to CleanSky Energy?
If you are a current customer of CleanSky, simply create a rewards account on rewards.cleanskyenergy.com. Once logged in, your referral link will be available to copy and share with your friends via text, email, or social media.
Can I refer someone who is already a customer of CleanSky Energy or used to be a customer of CleanSky Energy?

What if my friend forgets to use the referral link when they enroll?
The referred customer must use the personalized referral link in order for you and your referred friend to receive the reward. The referral reward cannot be retroactively applied after enrollment.

Yesterday I when to Clean Sky Energy to select an electric energy supplier. Was assisted by "Junil", who was very patient and helpful. I wanted to register several accounts with AEP, Ms Junil took the time to make sure each account was set up accurately and properly. I got a great 12 month electric generation rate and top rate customer service. So far AEP is Great... can only hope it continues.

I've been with CleanSky for environmental reasons & their outstanding customer service. Today, I spoke with Joshua who provided the same outstanding service. He was patient- I called because I have 3 accounts & he spoke clearly & honestly. I was able to renew all 3 & there was no pressure to renew or upselling- he laid out the facts & let me make the decision. I'll keep choosing CleanSky knowing I can speak to not only a real person, but a really nice, knowledgeable & helpful one at that. Update 06/21/23: Tried to renew online, but an error message prevented that. Called, didn't have to wait & was helped by Ocia. She asked how I was, explained everything clearly & helped me renew easily. Terrific customer service!

Referring and Referred customers must be enrolled on an eligible plan and with an account in good standing* to participate. After CleanSky Energy successfully enrolls a new customer (Referred) in a plan with a 12-month term or longer, using the unique Referral Code of the Referring customer, and the Referred pays their first two CleanSky Energy bills, the Referring customer and the Referred will each receive a $50 Amazon.com Gift Card via email to the address they have on file with CleanSky Energy. The Amazon.com Gift Card cannot be redeemed for cash and is non-transferable. Referral code must be used at the time of enrollment and cannot be retroactively applied. There is no limit to the number of gift cards a customer can receive. A W-9 will be issued to referring customers if the issued gift card amount is equal to or greater than $600 over the course of one calendar year.
*An account in “Good Standing" for the purposes of these terms and conditions with respect to CleanSky Energy is defined as the account meeting the following criteria:
Consistent Payment History: The account must have a history of timely and consecutive bill payments over a 60-day period or equivalent to two consecutive bill cycles.1. Zero Past Due Balance: The account must maintain a balance of zero in terms of overdue payments.
2. Non-Delinquent Status: The account must not be in a delinquent state, indicating adherence to the agreed-upon payment terms.
3. Continuous Service: There should be no instances of disconnection due to non-payment throughout the duration of the account, ensuring uninterrupted electricity service.
4. At CleanSky Energy, we have incorporated the following provision into the program for our protection: Confidentiality.
By participating in this Program, you may be entrusted with confidential and proprietary information, including sensitive customer data. You commit to maintaining the confidentiality of such information and refraining from disclosing it to any third party, except as essential for your involvement in this Program. Additionally, you grant us authorization to divulge pertinent information about your account to individuals referred by you as necessary for their enrollment with us.
CleanSky Energy and its affiliates assure that your email address, as well as any email addresses provided for your friends (referrals), will not be sold to any other party.
